Published: 8:42 PM, 02/24/2012

Jim Kelly, a building contractor, saw the trailer on Lower English Creek Road that he rents, burn up, on Tuesday, Feb. 21. Kelly said prior to the fire he has “been threatened to be killed, or burned out.” He said someone set on fire within the last week a previous trailer at 33 Bogard that he rented. Kelly lost two of his five dogs in Tuesday’s fire. “All I want is some justice,” Kelly said.
