NEWPORTóWhile the time for talking isn't over, members of the Cocke County Corrections Partnership Board were urged Tuesday night to move forward in their efforts to address issues with the Cocke County Jail.

Detention Facility Specialists Bob Bass and Robert Kane of the Tennessee Corrections Institute, along with Jim Hart of CTAS, provided members of the board with a presentation outlining the jail current status.

"You need to set goals and seek permanent solutions," said Bass. "It's about decision making time."
