Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee, a group started by young river guides devoted to clean up of the Pigeon RIver and an end to the riverís controversial century long pollution by an upstream paper mill, is proud to announce that it is now officially a public charity with tax-exempt status under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions donated to CWEET are fully tax deductible and the organization is now eligible to apply for grants from foundations and government entities.For
