NEWPORT-Three people said they were in fear of being shot when a fourth person allegedly fired two shots from a handgun into the air, the Cocke County Sheriff's Office reported.Michael Lee Marshburn, 35, of 484 Apple Court Drive, was arrested Monday, Nov. 25, and charged with three counts of aggravated assault, Deputy Sheriff Max Laughter reported.Three
neighbors - Vanessa Williams, Nina Frazier, and Timothy Frazier, stated that at about 6 p.m., Marshburn came to their residence at 486 Apple Court Drive, and threatened Timothy Frazier, according to the report.For
