DCS removes two small children from home of alleged drug dealer

COSBY-Two children, ages 2 and 3, were removed from what Cocke County Sheriff Armando Fontes called "very poor living conditions" in a Cosby residence where the father, a suspected drug dealer, was arrested.

Joseph Andrew Bercume, 22, of 3028 Cosby Highway, in Cosby, was arrested following officers' raid of his residence where four pounds of marijuana were allegedly found, on Thursday, Sept. 26, according to a report by agent Chuck Evans.
