GREENEVILLE-Jack Mayfield Jr., an alleged machine-gun owner and maker of moonshine, was rearrested after a routine home investigation earlier this month showed he had in his home a 12-gauge shotgun, a muzzle loader, two BB guns, a compound bow, and three arrows for the bow, according to documents with the U.S. District Court in Greeneville.

Mayfield already has a trial date of Nov. 5, and may remain behind bars until then because of the weapons found in his residence earlier this month.

Mayfield Jr. apparently ignored U.S. Magistrate Judge Dennis H. Inman's requirement that he needed to refrain from "possessing a firearm, destructive device, or other dangerous weapons."
