The 2013 white water rafting season kicked off with a luncheon and tour
of Walters Hydroelectric Plant and Dam on Wednesday. Members of Duke
Energy and the Pigeon River Rafting Association welcomed the upcoming
season while enjoying warm weather and a BBQ lunch provided by Max
Gardner of Duke Energy. Pictured from left are Cocke County Tourism
