Habitat breaks ground on 21st home


This is the 21st house that Cocke County Habitat for Humanity broke ground
last week for its 21st house, which will be located at 312 Jefferson Ave. in
Newport. Present for the event were, from left, Debbie Fowler – Office
Manager; Tom Hamilton – Volunteer; Linda Hampton Parker – Board member;
Billy Ball – Construction Manager & board member; Lula Ozmun – Secretary;
Burl Roberts – Board member; and Bonnie Parton – President. Anyone
