NEWPORT-A Mosheim, Tennessee man faces charges in
connection with an incident that occurred on July 7, 2011.
Fredrick Carl Turner, 44, 2040 Carpenter Road, Mosheim,
was charged by Det. Bryan Murr with especially aggravated burglary, aggravated
assault, and reckless endangerment on Monday, April 29.
According to Murr's report, Turner was charged with the
forcible entry of the Billy Edwin Hall residence at 614 Battle Road, Newport,
the forcible entry of the Hall home with the use of a firearm while Hall, 38, and
his family were inside the home, and the fact that during the incident, Hall
sustained a gunshot wound to the head "as the result of the actions of the
defendant, Fredrick Turner."
