NEWPORT-A 16-year-old was arrested Friday after allegedly
taking sexually oriented photos of his his 10-year-old sister, Det. Travis Webb
of the Cocke County Sheriff's Department reported.
The teenager allegedly admitted in a statement given to
Det. Webb that he photographed his sister without her clothes on and touched
her, the report stated.
The 16-year-old boy was arrested and transported to
Knoxville Juvenile Detention Center, according to Det. Webb's report.
