WHITE PINE-A woman who allegedly has HIV, Hepatitis B,
and Hepatitis C, was arrested and charged with assault and criminal exposure to
the diseases, Det. Kevin Benton reported.
Det. Benton said that the 42-year-old woman, accompanied
by two people, came to claim property at Evans Towing, at 860 West Highway
25/70, in Newport, on Monday, March 4, where she hoped to claim personal
property, the detective stated in his report.
An Evans Towing employee said the woman became angry and
scratched curse words on the door and roof of a vehicle registered to another
person with a lien holder of Titlemax, which was left in the care of Evans
Towing.
