NEWPORT-The Cocke County Grand Jury handed down 99 indictments and 23 unsealed presentments when it met Monday, Feb. 25, and Tuesday, Feb. 26.

The following people received a true bill indictment:

Jevon Anthony, driving on a revoked license, and speeding;

James Grady Ball, introduction of drugs into a penal institution and possession of marijuana;

Horace Ball, failure to appear, and theft of property over $1,000;

Cory Barnett, theft of property less than $500, theft of property over $1,000, conspiracy to commit theft, burglary of a building, theft of property, vandalism, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct;
