Butler elected president of TACC for 2013 
Janice Butler, Cocke County Clerk has been elected President of the Tennessee Association of County Clerks for 2013. Butler served as President of the Association in 2003. She has also served as First Vice President and as Secretary-Treasurer in previous years. Butler was named Tennessee County Clerk of the year in 2003-2004. She was named Tennessee Outstanding County Clerk in 2010.
