Cosby Homecoming Queen

Cosby High School senior Tiffany Smelcer was crowned as the school's
basketball homecoming queen during festivities as part of Monday night's
games with Jellico High School. Smelcer also recorded 15 points in the
No. 5 Lady Eagles 75-37 win over Jellico.
