DEL RIO—Leslie Gibbens, Director of the Marie Ellison Memorial Library, has announced that high-speed Internet is now up and running at the facility in the Del Rio Community Center.

AT&T workmen set up the telephone-line interface devices in late 2012, then technicians from the Holston Regional Library District put the finishing touches on the system in the building. Gibbens is especially pleased with the increased efficiency in processing the many computer-based tasks required in a modern library.
