MORRISTOWN—After experiencing flooding, snow and an ice storm during the past two weeks, the weather variety keeps changing for Cocke County and East Tennessee.A High Wind Watch has been issued for Blount, Cocke, Greene and Sevier counties and the National Weather Service in Morristown is advising that strong and severe storms are possible in the area through Wednesday evening.
