HARTFORD-Michael Louis Henderson, 26, of 4595 Haire Road, in Hartford, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 23, a day after he allegedly robbed the Pigeon River Smokehouse in Hartford, the Cocke County Sheriff's Department reported.

Henderson was charged with robbery, aggravated assault, and simple possession of marijuana, Det. Kevin Benton reported.

A white male described as six-foot one to six-foot five pushed a cashier at the Pigeon River Smokehouse out of the way, grabbed the money in the cash register, and fled, on Tuesday, Jan. 22, the Cocke County Sheriff's Department reported.
