COSBY-For their excellent participation in State Farm
Insurance's recent Celebrate My Drive event, Cosby High School earned a $2500
grant from the company to fund a safe-driver program for teenagers.
Agents Eric Varner and Angela Grooms presented the check
to school officials last week.
Celebrate My Drive is a State Farm effort to recognize
the importance and joy of young people's beginning of their driving careers.
On September 15, over 400 special events took place
across the United States and Canada to celebrate new drivers and those learning
to or about to learn to drive.
