NEWPORT-The grand jury, meeting Jan. 7 and Jan. 8, returned numerous true bill indictments. Arraignment for those indicted is Jan. 22 at 9 a.m.

The following is a list of people indicted, and their charges: Tina M. Perkins, failure to appear; April Ray, two counts of sale of Schedule 2 (Oxycodone); John David Shelton, violation of community supervision imposed on him; Dennis Robinson, stalking; Byron Bruce Ingle, obtained or exercised control over a cash register and cash valued at over $1,000, but less than $10,000, from Ford's Cruz Thru; Jacqueline Nicole Holt, burglary; Kyle David Bolin, burglary; Devon Bailey, failure to appear; Justin Dewayne Sifontes, the sale of Oxycodone, a Schedule 2 drug, and marijuana in excess of one-half ounce (three counts); Miranda Ellison Shropshire, burglary; Cory Barnett, failure to appear (two counts); Christian Philip Van Camp, DUI; Jonathan Edward Thornton, inhaling fumes of glue, paint, gasoline, aerosol, chlorofluorocarbon gas, or other substance containing a solvent.
