Florida Indian River Groves has informed band director
Pat Mason that the company will replace any of their special red navels product
that customers have found unsatisfactory.
Mason informed client services representative Jeff Silver
of his concern over the poor condition of the navels earlier this week. "Several customers who have bought fruit from us
for years had reported the red navel portion of their order being dry," Mason
said. "The more research I did the more I became convinced we had a problem only
the company could fix," added Mason. Mason went on to say, "Jeff and everyone
associated with Florida Indian Groves have been very concerned and most
cooperative in helping us deal with the problem."
