For the next couple of weeks utility operators may not be
happy with the national weather forecast of above normal temperatures, but
customers should be.
After a slightly colder October and some 2-degree
mornings in November, the temperatures will be above average for the first 10
days in December, said Jefferson Cocke County Utility District General Manager
Tommy Bible.
Most of the US is expected to have above normal
temperatures. But after this and thru February temperatures will be normal. The
90-day precipitation outlook is above normal.
