NEWPORT-Voters in Cocke County continue to show their
support for the flexibility and convenience of early voting. Through the
first seven days of the early voting period, 2,834 voters have cast their
ballots.
"Cocke County voters are making it clear they want their
voices to be heard in this election," said Administrator of Elections Joyce
Slagle. "We are hopeful that even more voters will decide to take advantage of
early voting over the next several days."
The early voting period will continue through Thursday,
