PARROTTSVILLE-Months of preparation culminated in a grand
celebration Sunday, August 22, at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in
Parrottsville when as many as four generations of one family gathered for the
church's centennial.
Aileen Barger, granddaughter of Alfred Ottinger, one of
the church's founding members, chaired the event.
On Sunday, she and Janice Smith greeted the guests and
distributed copies of the day's program and booklets telling the church's
history.
