The National Bank of Tennessee in cooperation with the
Cocke County Soil Conservation District is having its' 29th annual tree
seedling giveaway. The objective
is to promote natural resource conservation awareness.
Landowners may come by the banks' main office parking lot
from 8 a.m. until the seedlings are gone on Saturday March 27, 2010. The
seedlings will be given on a first come basis. 2,500 loblolly and 2,500 white
pine trees will be given out in bundles of 25.
