BULLS GAP-Bristol Motel Speedway isn't
the only settingfor racing in East Tennessee this weekend. Race fans, don't miss the onlyappearance
in the Volunteer State by "The Greatest Show On Dirt" whenthe World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series
roar to life at Volunteer Speedway onFriday and Saturday, March 19-20 for "Kasey's King of Bulls Gap
presentedby Budweiser" and NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne in association with the WorldRacing
Group.
Kahne is the ultimate multi-tasker. Already a NASCAR superstar,a
World of Outlaws car owner, and this weekend a World of Outlaws promoter,today Kahne announced he
also will race in his "Kasey's King of Bulls Gappresented by Budweiser" on Friday and Saturday
nights. This is all inaddition to competing in NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide events during the
dayat Bristol Motor Speedway.
"I've really been looking forward to this
race and Ifigured why not race in it too," said Kahne. "Bulls Gap is an awesomeracetrack and I'm
excited for Friday and Saturday nights. I haven't raced aSprint Car since last year and this will be
my first Outlaws race in a fewyears. It will be cool to have four Kasey Kahne Racing cars competing
thisweekend."

The Kasey's King of Bulls Gap is being co-sanctioned bythe Ohio-based All Star
Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series, which will seesuch competitors heading South to East
Tennessee as Dale Blaney (brother ofNASCAR Sprint Cup driver Dave Blaney), Tim Shaffer, Chad
Kemenah, DarynPittman, Lance Dewease, Cale Conley and several others.
Current WoO points has Saldana leading Meyers, SteveKinser, Sides and Donny
Schatz. Kraig Kinser, Lasoski, Kaeding, Haudenschildand Wolfe round out the top 10 in point
standings.
Two Tennessee World of Outlaws racers will be in actionat
Volunteer Speedway. Sides, fresh off a victory last weekend at HoustonRaceway Park, is from the
Memphis suburb of Bartlett, and McMahan makes hishome in Nashville.
The
World of Outlaws have raced once at "TheGap" with that coming in 2007, when current series point
leader Saldanawon a thriller over Shaffer before a huge crowd.
Meyers has
recorded two victories so far this season,while Saldana, Steve Kinser, Sides, Schotz and Craig
Dollansky each have onewin.
Commented Saldana, earlier this week, race
winner thelast time WoO appeared at Volunteer Speedway: "Volunteer Speedway is aneat track, with
those high banks in the turns. Having it on the (NASCARSprint) Cup weekend and Kasey (Kahne)
promoting it, it's going to be a hugeevent. Hopefully we can put on as good of a show as we did last
time we werethere. It's a great place and a very unique race track. You never know what toexpect, so
hopefully we are at the front for these two races."
Advance reserved and
single-day tickets are currently onsale, which includes the aluminum bench-back seats along the
front straightaway(main grandstand), and stadium chair seats located at the exit of turn four
andabove the bench-back seats in turn one. All seating below the aluminumbench-back seats will be
general admission.
For those purchasing an advance two-day reserved seat
forjust $59, that includes a pit pass access to an exclusive Question and Answersession with NASCAR
driver Kasey Kahne. Only a limited number of tickets willbe sold that includes access to the Q &
A, which will be held "FridayNight Only" following WoO heat races inside the main entrance
buildingbehind the front straightaway grandstand.
Single-day tickets are
$29 in advance, with all reservedseats increasing to $35 day of show. Adult general admission is
$29, youth(ages 11-15) $15, with children 10-and-under admitted free in the generaladmission
section. Single-day pit passes on both Friday and Saturday are $35each day. for non-members.

Each night
features two separate full World of OutlawsSprint Car Series programs, along with the Pro (Crate)
Late Models. Tentativeand subject to change, the shows will consist of Pro (Crate) Late Model
hotlaps, World of Outlaws hot laps, World of Outlaws time trials, openingceremonies, Pro (Crate)
Late Model heat races (two), World of Outlaws heatraces (four), World of Outlaws Dash, World of
Outlaws Last Chance Showdown, Pro(Crate) Late Model B-Feature, WoO Sprint A-Feature (35
laps-$10,000-to-win) andPro (Crate) Late Model A-Feature (25 laps-$500-to-win with no entry
fee).
Pro (Crate) Late Models will not qualify. Competitorswill draw for
heat race starting positions, and how you finish in heat racedetermines feature starting spot. If
more than 24 cars present, one B-main willdetermine final positions in starting field following heat
races.
The daily schedule for Friday and Saturdaywill be as follows: Pit gate opens at 1 p.m.
Spectator (grandstand) gates openat 4 p.m. Hot laps begin at 6 p.m., followed by World of Outlaws
Time
Trials.Racing gets the green flag at 7:30 p.m.
