Robert Long is a good neighbor to residents of the Hannon Subdivision off Armory Road. He was
bundled up and on his tractor early Friday morning clearing snow off Mountain Ranch Road. His
other job is delivering the Newport Plain Talk in Carson Springs. Perhaps he will need to take his
tractor there too.
