Rutha Costner will celebrate her 90th birthday on Thursday, January 14. Her children are Varnell,
Vondie, Velma, and Doll. She is the grandmother of Johnny, Chucky, Jennifer, and Rebecca and
the great-grandmother of Chelsea, Marlea, Elizabeth, Charlie, Madison, and Heath. Our best
