Sarah Phillips, 6, was the first child to sit on Santa's lap at the Newport Fire Hall, on Saturday,
Dec. 19, where bicycles and other toys from the "Toys For Tots" campaign were distributed to
needy children. A total of 276 children were slated to receive toys.
