Parrottsville Heritage Days

The cold, rainy weather did not stop the festival goers from enjoying the Parrotsville
Heritage Days. Several local vendors set-up displays of their hand-crafted items,
enjoying the conversations held with on-lookers and inquiring minds. Pageant and
other photos from the Parrottsville Heritage Days Festival will be included in Thursday's
edition of the Plain Talk.
