Commissioner Susan Hinchcliff Whitaker of the State of Tennessee's Department of Tourist
Development addressed tourism industry professionals and elected officials at a seminar
sponsored by the Tennessee Recycling Coalition, on Thursday, Oct. 8. Whitaker spoke at
the event held in Cosby at the Creekwalk Inn & Cabin at Whisperwood Farm. Shown are,
