American Eagle Foundation presents program to Cosby students

America, an American Bald Eagle, was the star of the show Friday morning during a special program at Cosby Elementary School. America was brought to the school by handlers Danielle Steckley and Christine Blackwell, who told the students about their work with the American Eagle Foundation at Dollywood. The students were very impressed to hear that, to date, 97 American Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles have been hatched and released in the area through the foundation's work.
