COSBY-Two pieces of logging equipment valued a total of about $165,000 were possibly set on fire by an arsonist on a logging trail between Catons Grove and Interstate 40, near Green Mountain, on Monday, Nov. 18, the Cocke County Sheriff's Office reported.Deputies with the CCSD and the Cosby Volunteer Fire Department received a 911 call about a fire off the side of Phillips Road, on a logging trail or logging lot, at about 10:40 p.m., Lt.
