NEWPORT-The Cocke County Regional Planning Commission approved the splitting up of the late Emma Bible's estate on Trentham Hollow Road, in Parrottsville, when they met Tuesday, Sept. 24.

The estate, at 160 Trentham Hollow Road, in Parrottsville was divided into four lots with a total of 4.82 acres.

The planners approved the plat pending a signature from the Cocke County Health Department.
