NEWPORT-Timothy Crumbley, 44, of Newport, was injured when the 1988 Chevy straight truck he was driving east on Highway 25/70 in Jefferson County veered off the road to the right, on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported.
At about 1:15 p.m. the vehicle struck a mailbox and then a tree before coming to a rest in the yard of a residence, about one mile from the Cocke County/Jefferson County line, THP Trooper Erik Raines reported.
