NEWPORT-Two white males allegedly entered Lowe's, told an employee they had guns, grabbed $1,756 worth of tools and ran out of the store, on Thursday, Sept. 12, the Newport Police Department reported.

One suspect was described as having a heavy build and wearing a plaid green shirt, shorts, and a hat with a Tennessee logo on it. The second suspect was described as slim, and wearing a gray T-shirt with the U.S. flag in the center, a dark-colored hat, and having tattoos on both arms, according to a report by Patrolman Matthew Elliott.
