COSBY-A Cosby High School senior's memory of a child shivering in the cold has prompted her to organize a Coat Drive.

Wendy McGaha said, "I was in eighth grade and a little kindergarten student only had on a thin dress and flip flops-no jacket or anything-and it was so cold. That image has remained with me.

"I'm fortunate and blessed to have what I have and I want to help those who don't," she added.

With that in mind, Wendy is organizing a drive to collect coats, scarves, mittens, toboggans, and jackets for distribution the week before Halloween.
