NEWPORT-Newport Grammar School students will pay 10 cents more for their lunches when school opens for the 2013-2014 school year in August.

Newport City Board of Education members voted unanimously to up the cost of meals during their April meeting.

Meal costs for 2013-2014 are now $2 for a student meal (a 10 cents increase) and $3.10 for staff (cost stays the same).
