COSBY-A Cosby man faces charges of disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment following his arrest on Easter Sunday.

Willie G. Garver, 57, 4626 Indian Camp Creek Road, Cosby, was charged by Dep. Michael Whitmer after officers were called to the area to investigate reports of gunshots and noise from a loud horn.

Upon their arrival, Whitmer said complainants, who were neighbors of Garver, said they had heard the shots and noise from the horn for some time and said that children in the residence were unable to hunt Easter eggs because of the situation.

The complainants also told Whitmer that on Saturday, March 30, Garver's wife Toni had tried to "run her vehicle off the road on Indian Camp Creek Road."

Whitmer's report states that upon his arrival, he could hear "a very loud constant horn blowing towards the victim's residence."
