Cornerstone Academy is happy to announce that senior, Joshua DeLisle, has been named a finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. This is an honor that only the top 1 percnet of all high school seniors can claim.

About 1.5 million juniors in more than 22,000 high schools take the PSAT/NMSQT® qualifying test which, along with other academic, community, and leadership criteria, determines eligibility to receive scholarship money and the honor of academic distinction.

Cornerstone Academy is thrilled that their mission of providing academic excellence has served Joshua well, and is proud of his dedication to and diligence in the investment of his education.  Interim headmaster, Dr. Byron R. Greene, shared that “Joshua is gifted with a fine mind, and he has chosen to make the most of his academic opportunities. He is an articulate and engaging young man, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for him.”
