BYBEE-Robert William Peterson, 67, of 849 Patience Way, in Bybee, was charged Oct. 27 in connection with an incident in which Ron Ellison of 1900 Marshall Road, in Bybee, had five head of cattle shot that resulted in the death of two of the cattle and the sale of the others, Det. Bryan Murr reported.

Peterson was charged with intentional killing of an animal and cruelty to animals, Det. Murr stated in his report.

The incident was reported on Sept. 13, the report stated.

Ellison placed the value of his loss at $6,300, according to the report.
