The Cocke County Election Commission, located in the Courthouse Annex, will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Wednesday and will be open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, the last day to early vote before next Tuesday's election.
