Jeff Belcher, 40, is announcing his candidacy for Third District Constable.

He is married to Penny (Stuart) Belcher. They have seven children. He has been employed at Old Dominion Freight Line for twelve years as a local driver.

His parents are Agnes Belcher and the late Charles Belcher.

Belcher would like to take this opportunity to ask the third district for there vote and support. He has lived in the third district for ten years and has served as a reserve deputy for seven years.

"I want the third district to know that if elected I am out to serve the community," he said. "I will be on patrol as much as possible.

"If elected as third district constable I will support community watches be very aware of business and churches and the communities as a whole. I want the people of the third district to know I will be a working constable. If anyone has questions or concerns feel free to call me at 423-608-5147."
