The latest Tennessee Associated Press poll has been released and the Cocke County Lady Red (18-6) have fallen to thirteenth place in the latest rankings.

Having been rated in the top-ten since the first poll was released on January 11, Cocke County lost consecutive games for the first time this year which was enough to knock them out of the top of the rankings. However, those consecutive losses were to No. 1 ranked Morristown West, who garnered 17 of 21 possible first place votes and extended a lead over second-ranked Mt. Juliet to 46 points.

Morristown West improved to 24-1 on Monday night with a 62-52 win over Cleveland.
Overall, Cocke County holds a 4-3 record over teams ranked in the Top 10 in all classifications, with wins coming over South Greene, Livingston Academy and Maryville. The Lady Red's other loss was to Mt. Juliet in the championship game of the 2009 GreenBank Ladies Classic in December.
