(c) 2010 NPT Photo by Duay O'Neil Members of the Newport Lions Club presented a check for $1,000 to the American Red Cross this week to help with disaster relief for victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Club president Rita Cope-Messer presented the check to Don Ellison, American Red Cross representative, on behalf of the club.
