Stephen Higginbotham. Higginbotham is a member of the 278th that has recentlybeen activated and are training in camp Shelby Mississippi. The employees of the Newport Police Department presentedSgt. Higginbotham with the funds to return at Christmas to be with family andfriends. A patriotic cake wishing Sgt.
