The Newport Parks & Recreation Department would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and to thank you for making our twelfth annual Trick or Treat at the track a huge success. Volunteers, such as you are the ones who make it a success. We greatly appreciate your help and support for this event and to our community. Please thank those who helped you for us, as we do not know all of the ones who helped in each of the booths. With the cold weather and rain, rain and more rain, lots of children attended and had a safe alternative to trick or treating. Again, thank you, and we look forward to seeing you next year.
