NEWPORT-Sony Pictures Releasing has announced the release of Michael Jackson's "This is it". This exciting motion picture is set to be in theaters for two weeks only.

Newport Cinema 4 will have advanced ticket sales beginning Saturday, Oct. 24. Show times for this special memorial motion picture of pop legend Michael Jackson will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 28. There will be a midnight showing on Wednesday night to kick off the movie opening. For the two week release, Newport Cinema 4 will have regular show times of 2, 4, 7, and 9 P.M.

This movie will show fans and music lovers rare, behind-the-scenes look at Jackson's life as he developed, prepared, and rehearsed for his final performance at London's O2 Arena. It will feature candid footage of Jackson at work as he creates and perfects the details for the concert. The movie is in honor of his scheduled 50 show tour that was set to begin three weeks after Jackson's death.
