Photo submitted William (Bill) Raines of Newport Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated his 95th birthday on Friday, Sept. 4. His children are Gerald, Dale, and Lem Raines. Mr. Raines has two grandchildren: Jody Fillers and Jeremy Raines. He also has one great-grandchildren: Jacob Raines. His family and friends helped him celebrate with a Tennessee Vol theme.
