The 71-room motel is four stories and was financed by Tennessee State Bank located off Cosby Highway near I-40 and is owned by Dennis Patel. Irwin is a veteran of the hospitality industry having worked many years in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. She lives in Seymour but expects to move close to Newport soon.
