To the editor:

I don't appreciate a bunch of redneck's coming intoour county and disgracing it.

And, If they were anything to our so called Mayor Mr.Iliff he would not participate in it. As for tater water and larvae in thewater, we don't drink such stuff. We are not a bunch of hicks. Yes I eatmacaroni and cheese, but I also eat beans and corn bread. Does that make mestupid?

Both my grandpa's wore overalls and were hard workingmen until they passed away. That's a fond memory I have of them.

We are not toothless. Maybe some people can't affordto go to the dentist like the high and mighty people who come here to put downCocke County.

As far as having goats in our bedroom and sleepingwith them goes, we do not sleep with animals. Since they came up the idea,maybe they do.
